The first few e-gates are signed as dedicated to Malaysian users, but the further ones cater for foreigners of approved nnationality.
I was fully MADC'd but got rejected. The old-school immigration chap in charge of sorting things out clearly couldnt give a F___ and pushed me off to the manned counters.
But with bees in my bonnet about this, I tracked down an MADC helper, and learned it was likely my fault. The form dropdown menu nor nationality has half a dozen varieties of BRITISH: and I'd selected BRITISH SUBJECT. Seems I should have scrolled further and plumped for UNITED KINGDOM, an awkward fit though maybe Malaysia is anxious not to offend Ulster folk
So I'll give it another try next week
