Back when the CR9s were CRAs and there were 16 of them, they were capped at 75 seats. So there were 10J (1A, 2/3/4ADF), and 65Y, with only ADF in row 12, no C. Row 12 wasn't actually in the J cabin, they just left out C because it helped the aisle transition from offset to centreline, and they were going to have a missing seat somewhere, so that was the most logical place.

When they re-certified the CRAs to CR9s (starting in 2016, I think - there's a thread on it somewhere on here), they had the ability to go up to 76 seats, and they re-configured to 12J 64Y, all Y rows with 4 seats.
