Made a single meal kid order than cancelled subscription for Factor 75 (pretty good food btw) on April 24, tracked and credited 1700 miles. Just 2 days ago I see a pending reversal. I checked to make sure this wasn't stacked with any other offer, didn't use a coupon, and seems to meet the terms pasted below. Will submit a missing miles request, very annoying.
