Just wrapped up a stay here. They did an awesome job of renovating this old train station. Public spaces are visually stunning and rooms also new and crisp.
Probably the friendliest checkin I have ever had at a Bonvoy property- the desk worker actually insisted on high-fiving me to acknowledge my elite status. I was upgraded to a “high ceiling” room which was nice, but did keep alive my streak of 51 consecutive Bonvoy stays without a suite upgrade (it’s become comical at this point).
Air conditioning in the room was outstanding, which is key in Nashville in summer. Only quibble with the room was the lack of a real desk - there was a small table but it held my computer and not much else.
In summary, this property is a great option in Nashville, especially if you prefer a historic vibe rather than all the new/modern/sterile stuff. I’d stay again in a minute.
