Agree with above, I wouldn’t accept the WTP rebooking, the downgrade compensation almost certainly won’t be worth it.

In answer to your main question, unless there are specific comments made in your booking you won’t be able to access the CCR, in fact unless you have status or are travelling with someone who does you may not be able to go into any lounge at all (unless your inbound is a LH in CW or F).
