OW re-routings are a pain at the moment - very limited availability (if any). There are some J seats on the 09:55 LHR-JFK connecting onto the 14:50 JFK-DCA (if DCA is an option rather than IAD). The AA/BA codeshares seem to have been pared right back at the moment.
