Given the pedigree of your previous posts and the various descriptions of other Lindner properties in other posts, I would predict disappointment. The Lindner group seems to be where one (like me?) stays when they want to accrue Hyatt nights at an inexpensive cost. You don't seem to need any EQNs, so don't think that would drive your decision making. Balcony suite as standard is 50sqm, so maybe it would work.
