I boarded, after waiting ages in the jet bridge, and the first open spot for my bag is at least a dozen rows back from my seat. Partly because purses and items smaller than purses are filling up the bins.

Mostly I roll my eyes at AC antics like this but right now I’m raging. I’ll probably be the last sucker off this plane because AC struggles so much with the basics, even at a major hub airport that should shine like the lead ship in a navy.

My pet peeve is the GA's having seemingly no knowledge or care of the back-up on the jet bridge, they just keep pushing the cattle through the gate into a tight, cramped space that is often not climate controlled to the surroundings...freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer. No point being in Zone 1 and pressing ahead if they've started boarding Zone 3 and you wind up behind 60 people on the jet bridge (unless you're in Y and need the bin space). If I wind up in that situation and flying J I usually just sit myself down, get comfortable, and be the absolute last to board to avoid that nonsense.
