+1 got the same offer. Even though I don't expect to have 4 nights before 8/31, I registered anyway. Doesn't hurt and if my plans change, I might earn some extra points. In its own right, it isn't a compelling offer and nowhere near enough points to make me add extra discretionary stays. YMMV....
