Weird that they're all scheduled for 3 hours; FLL/PBI are pretty similar but MCO is at least 15-20 minutes shorter, so certainly seems like some flex in that schedule, less so than FLL/PBI. From JFK/LGA to PBI/FLL it's usually 2.5 hours of actual flight time, I can't see ISP being any faster unless the lack of having to sequence in with ATC means maybe it is a little faster? That WN schedule seems awfully tight.
ETA - no, ISP-PBI on WN is scheduled at 3:00-3:05 and flight time is ~2h30 maybe a few minutes less, per FR24, although northbound (which slants eastward so prob gets some jetstream benefit) it is scheduled around 2:40 and takes ~2h15.
