Not sure what the breakfast offering is, since it is pretty new that this hotel opened the MClub and actually has breakfast and food/snacks. Previously the concierge lounge was closed on weekends and the hotel only gave 1000 points instead of breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

No free alcohol - not going to find that in USA lounges.
