I checked the ticket, it is actually BKK-ICN-SFO-SEA. That does not change the SFO-SEA situation, but brings me to a related question.
- in BKK, my SFO-SEA flight will be more than 24 hours out. I suspect I cannot SDC then?

Because you have checked luggage, you will probably not be able to SDC until you arrive in SFO. If you did not have checked luggage, there would be several points on the itinerary where an SDC would have been possible. Being checked-in isn’t the problem — having a bag attached to the reservation is. (Also, you can’t SDC prior to leaving BKK because you have a non-UA flight remaining on the reservation).
