I know how stressful this can be. My mum had exactly the same experience recently, she said the time was getting closer and closer to departure and she didn't know whether to try and go under her own steam to the gate or wait for assistance. Finally the guy rocked up and apologised he was late he said he was very busy with others. She got to the gate and it was completely empty and when she got on the plane all the other passengers had boarded, so she was the last one on.

Please can a staffer help us and let us know if there is a passenger who hasn't boarded who is in J, has checked into the lounge and has assistance booked, would this trigger swift action to get the passenger? In other words would / should it be impossible for the flight to go without this passenger?
