I haven't had any gc orders track in months, but always got a quick resolution as described above at 15 days. I did 5 today taking advantage of 10% offs, and was distracted on the last, small one on a hulu card, and didn't activate the button or go through the eshopping site. Even saw after that on account history that only four visits were logged. But all five, including the one I muffed, tracked.
