Swedes don't understand the concept of putting another piece of bread on top of a sandwich. Räksmörgås (shrimp sandwich) is delicious. They cook the shrimp in salt water.
Swedes also love hot dogs. Especially when topped with mashed potatoes, relish, mustard, fried onions, and ... shrimp salad. Anthony Bourdain said it's one of the best things he's eaten.
