if you read enough, people have woken up to reservations at other hotels, and getting checked in via mobile and getting a mobile key without verifying id, etc..cause someone hacked their account, made a reservation, opened a chat with a hotel to say please add such and such and basically using someone else's points for their stay. thats the fraud.
