Rebooked a flight for September due to a price difference and a date change and got an email from
[email protected], an address I had never received anything from before. In it, it states that "your confirmation receipt will be emailed shortly," similar to the first of two emails I get when booking on UA. Over 12 hours later, still have not received the confirmation receipt and the app hasn't been updated with the new itinerary and the website tells me to call in because the reservation can not be displayed. I called Alaska and they assured me my reservation was fine and that IT stated they were having issues.
Definitely have never encountered this before when rebooking
