DXB2745 , I carry one or sometimes two power banks and they've never been highlighted on the occasions my bag has gone to secondary for inspection. Given you say the bag and belt also caused alarms that suggests its something Mrs C has touched and transferred, not the powerbank itself.
Or could be the other way round - that she touched the powerbank which the detectors didn't like. We have no explosives in the house that she could have come in contact with.
