No, you need the physical PP card or digital version. The Prestige Card will not work.

I believe years ago the Prestige Card came with an “airport angel” lounge membership which was accessed via the Prestige Card itself (and which included a subset of PP lounges), but that was a long time ago.

But to clarify, is your card issued in the US? If so, how are you a new cardholder?
