The rep you cancel with has to manually request the refund. If it has been more than a few days since you canceled, you should probably make sure the request was put in.
I called customer service again and the agent said they do not have a policy to refund AF, it thought i may just be that agent, but didn't bother to HUCA. I ended up using the online chat after i logged on and requested the refund there, the chat agent authorized a "one-time exception" to refund the AF, whatever that means...... but i got the refund now.
