Yes! Getting the Uber all the way from Roma Norte to NLU will be no problem. Don't try it coming back until in the future.
Also, plan to request your Uber at least 30 minutes before you need it to arrive. Many drivers won't go all the way there. The ones that will accept your request need the money. So just be prepared and request your ride early.
