Major win for the Kimpton brand: the legendary Coco Palms Resort in Kauai, Hawai’i, frequented by celebrities as Elvis Presley and Rita Hayworth, long abandoned and in somewhat recent history destined to join Hyatt’s Unbound Collection, will now open in 2026 as Coco Palms, A Kimpton Resort.

Wow wow wow. Kimpton is positively killing it.
