Whether QF F admits BA F passengers, it depends on how crowded the lounge is. And BA isn't displayed on the screen at the QF lounge (see other link I provided in my preceding post) as one of their contracted partner airlines.

Otherwise the QR lounge (which admits OneWorld J and F passengers) is still a superior option, dining-wise, than the BA lounge (and CCB).
