Not a particularly long list for me:

Canada
USA
France
UK
Poland
Denmark
Australia

First place I had to drive on the left was Australia but it was easy there as their roads are similar to what we have in North America. The UK, on the other hand, was a lot to contend with. Particularly on my final evening when Google Maps sent us down a bunch of narrow secondary roads towards Crawley on a very rainy night!
