Shrimp or thigh for me. Thighs reheat well and generally maintain good taste because of the extra fat in the meat. Shrimp because I like to feel like I’m eating healthier on a plane.
I don’t like the simple chicken. I’m not a simple guy and I want more from my meals. I also don’t like pasta, especially on planes.
Ravioli is probably single-batch, artisanal and stuffed and pinched by Italian grandmothers at a LAX Skyway factory 🤪
Everyone keeps saying that these meatballs are amazing (I’ve never tried them), but they seem heavy. I’d normally get shrimp, but for a flight that’s blocked at over 15 hours, this meal doesn’t seem filling. 🙈
