You mean T3? In my experience, T4 Mera (International) is far better than T3 Mera (which often is a cluster). May depend on time of day as well. I fly out of T3 at least 5 times a year mid-day back to US, and it gets busy. In late April, I had an 8:30 pm flight out of T4 to Madrid, and lounge was peaceful. Also, much fewer gringos with cc access flying internationally at 8:30 pm out of CUN, but the T4 Mera lounge is better IMO.
