It would not be in Alaska’s interest to refuse payment. AS literally announced today they would be starting to sell BA ex London flights. Would they really risk having that revenue seized because of their own poor due diligence in a merger deal that concluded years ago? Alaska doesn’t have a leg to stand on. They already wasted millions in court costs trying to fight it and they lost on every count.
