I flew ICN-SFO a few weeks ago, only a week or so after the route started.
Check-in counter was empty - no delays there. Getting through security and passport control in ICN took a bit of time. It's great that they allow you to have both a full-sized carry-on and a checked bag for the price. Can't beat $300 OW for this route.

Food was ok, but not great, and the portions were small. We did eat at the lounge beforehand, so were quite full
IFE only had Korean movies/shows, but I liked the selection.

The load was light on this new route - both of us scored a whole row to ourselves and managed to sleep a bunch.

Overall - would happily fly again for the right price.
