Split booking to upgrade
I have a 5 pax booking HEL-BKK and wanted to wait-list 2 pax for upgrade PE to biz. The gold whatsapp told me that I needed to split the booking to wait-list. Anybody know if wait-listing is possible without split? Can point/upgrade benefits be processed at (transfer) check-in?
