If it were me this is what I'd do:

Make a subject access request for the call recordings. In the request make no comment other than that you want the calls you placed from (your number) to (the number you dialed) in (the date range).

Use that to support a chargeback or court action as appropriate if the issue isn't resolved in the intervening period.
