The first couple front desk agents I spoke with were rather 'uninterested' in providing any service and just told me to inquire the morning of checkout without even looking up my room or status.

Did finally notice somebody else different at the desk the evening before departure and inquired with them, they looked up my room info and said no problem and updated my key cards.
