I would go for booking BOS-LHR on a daytime service in Premium Economy (BA238) , spend the night at hotel in Heathrow and then take a morning flight to Naples

PE is great imo for a 6 hour flight time and no need to worry about whether upgrade availability would open on one of the overnight AA flights
