No I called and the agent was on hold with tech support for 45 minutes. She suspects others had issues since it was taking so long, they made a case to address it. They could see one of the flight credits marked as "on hold" which she said was unusual since there was no confirmation associated with it.

Was hoping it would be resolved overnight, but it wasn't. Going to call back today.
