That's a good way, but not perfect. A scammer can still quote the tweet. It's happening on facebook also with lots of fake pages for celebs. Page owners report them and facebook does nothing. I won't buy anything following a facebook ad because there is so much fakery about and FB is very keen to take their money for sponsored posts regardless.
