You won't be able to take any guests on the first flight, as being in F doesn't entitle you to guests.

However, in Dubai, there is (or was) and unwritten rule that says you can take one guest in per F passenger. I don't think you can pay for access to the F lounge directly at DXB, only the J lounge.
