You can easily book on alaskaairlines.com. Ive done it for several trips. Book as a guest and just enter in your AAdvantage number. You can add precheck, get seat assignments, etc. Its very automated and quite seamless.

Oh, you do need to enter in your TSA Precheck number manually. That does not translate.
