In my mind they are separate lounges with a shared reception much like the Qatar Airways Platinum and Gold Lounges rather than secret door Concorde Bar in the BA First Lounge in Changi.
Understand where you are coming from; I too sometimes post about the Platinum Lounge, and MH sometimes uses that term as well.
Still, the header is for the “Golden Lounge”, and MH technically lists only 3 lounges in KLIA: the International Golden Lounge at the Satellite Building (which appears to comprise of the Business section and the Platinum section
+ BSuites room within), the Regional Golden Lounge and the Domestic Golden Lounge.
