I can’t understand that, as it's a requirement for Iberia's personnel to have hight enough level of English.

Maybe they were lazy or something like that, but good English it's a requirement to enter in the company. And I don't remember a flight in Iberia where they didn't speak the language.

Which it is an improvement if you compare with UK or north American companies, where is unusual to find people being able to speak other languages.
