I'm reviving this thread a bit, but glad i looked for it. There's a Marriott "employee" on a few Reddit threads trying to interpret the T&C's for everyone stating that the benefit is based on availability at all times. Maybe I should send Lurker the links since they are representing themselves as an employee and providing incorrect info.
