How is someone (who doesn't trawl FT on a regular basis and isn't aware of LHR conformance protocols) supposed to know if a connection is too tight or not, especially when the flights are presented as legal connections at the time of booking?
I agree and noticed on this forum the main response to people often is farcically something like “but it’s your fault for not knowing BA gave you the wrong information”
