I got an email from Jetblue that says all customers entering or returning to the US must provide contact tracing information for just one customer on your reservation before checking in your flight.


Can someone tell me what exactly is this? I don't think I ever got this email once from Jetblue? I did recall I had to fill out a form at the airport when returning back to the US a while back after covid or around that time that ask something about any covid symptoms you may have to fill out the form. but don't think I had the for a long time since covid. I don't think I got even asked for this form a while back when returning to the US. Anyone can tell me what this is? Is this a form you could also fill out in paper as well or it has to be done online or on the phone?
