This statement, plus everyone who told OP that their connection was too tight, is quite unfair. How is someone (who doesn't trawl FT on a regular basis and isn't aware of LHR conformance protocols) supposed to know if a connection is too tight or not, especially when the flights are presented as legal connections at the time of booking?
