Strange situation today. Think I was trying to buy a ticket after they announced the birthday sale and the website was bombarded. Entered 2 flight credits and a gift card as payment. Got an error at the site. Tried again, error. Gave up and planned to wait a while. Came back and now the credits have deducted from my account as well as the gift card balance. Still no ticket and no idea what to reference when I call Southwest. Any ideas?
