Is there an earlier AMS-SLC flight (perhaps operated by DL) or are there alternate routings from AMS (or the city your parents originate in) to JAC with more comfortable layovers?
There‘s an earlier Delta flight to SLC, but that puts their connection in AMS at just an hour. And they would have to be at the airport at 4am. KLM said it couldn’t be changed to a Delta TATL.
