My elderly parents are flying KLM from Schengen to SLC in Business. Delta moved their connecting flight to JAC up by 30 minutes, so that their layover is just 60 minutes now.
Would it speed things up if I booked wheelchair service for them? Would such a service be with them through immigration/luggage retrieval and recheck? Or meet them after immigration/customs to bring them to their new gate? Who would I contact to book such a service? They can walk, but not at a brisk pace. It’s the last flight to JAC for the day.
