I remember having the same issue. I was logged into the AY website with my AY account and viewed my reservation which had my BA gold card number on it. I think I did an online checkin and without asking me it changed the number from BA -> my AY number So i'm always careful about doing anything if logged into my AY account. Better to logout and then view your booking.
