I’m curious, do BA punish persistent vapers if caught? Is it genuinely dangerous?
Unless his vaping was having a direct negative effect on me such as odor I would have ignored it. Similarly if I noted another passenger having a sip of their own alcohol on board I wouldn't care unless they became obnoxious. Another passenger violating a minor rule that is not directly affecting me is not worth the bother.
