you got unlucky with room issues but this hotel is a decent Conrad, nothing special but absolutely 5 star.
Not to get into a debate - but breakfast is huge? Tokyo Hilton is huge, Conrad Bangkok is huge, hell Munich Hilton Airport is huge.
No Conrad Tokyo wasn’t the greatest but the ambience was fine. Here first floor crowded as heck, and I literally just explained what they had. I’ll take some pics to back up what I said but I stand by what I said - pathetic.
