Don't know if it is really fitting here, but I give it a try.
When I look for a room on the marriot homepage (e.g. Sheraton Salta) the room is quoted in ARS and only prepaid rates are offered.
During check out they charge Government Taxes and Fees, but I thought you do not have to pay the 21% VAT as foreigner.
Will it be refunded later or how does this work?
