I have had a chat with an ISM about this topic on a flight in April this year. I was advised that NZ no longer stock express path cards because most passengers have passports eligible to use the e-gates. From my experience departing Australia:
BNE have an express lane which I have been though previously on separate occasions as GLD, ELT and in business. Unsure if premium economy or Koru gets you access without status?
SYD have an express lane for business and first only. No status will get you in.
MEL I cannot remember but heading though in a month so can report back.
Departing AKL there is the usual express lane which seems half of NZ's passengers are eligible ...
